Hello. I'm Michael. I am a friendly, approachable and down-to-earth person whose job is to stand with you, and help you overcome the challenges that life puts in your way, whatever they may be.

I have worked in mental health services for twenty-five years and have been a cognitive psychotherapist for nine of those. I have worked with, and successfully treated, a wide variety of mental health issues from stress, phobias and anxiety to major depression, OCD and trauma. I will work with you to navigate your problems and to see how we can best support you through these challenging times. To do this I use a variety of psychotherapeutic tools and techniques which I will share with you so that you can also work towards helping yourself in the longer term.
