I am a dedicated, kind and empathetic BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with nearly 9 years’ experience of guiding individuals towards mental wellness and personal growth, in an NHS clinical setting; proficient in utilising evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various emotional and psychological challenges. I specialise in treating adults with mood, depression and anxiety concerns and I have a special interest in treating Depression, Perfectionism, Low self-esteem and Generalised Anxiety. I have experience of working with a wide variety of client groups across the whole life course, including young adults, perinatal, and older adults. My approach is compassionate, collaborative and active. The backbone of the work is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but I also draw on other psychological approaches when helping individuals make sense of their concerns and achieve their goals. Together, we will reflect on your difficulties and past experiences, in a compassionate way, to bring about positive change, increase resilience and improve life satisfaction.
