Watch back

If you have chosen to record your session, you’re able to watch it back as soon as the session is over. This appears immediately on your dashboard under Latest Sessions, and any session you choose to record is always available to you in Past Sessions.

If you opted to receive language analysis, your word cloud will appear beneath your video. The word cloud not only gives you an impression of the words you most frequently used, but also analyses the sentiment of these words, displaying how the sentiment of your conversation altered during the course of the session.

If you have made any notes, these will be below your video with timestamps. These notes can be edited or deleted at any time.
