Our approach

HelloSelf is easy to launch and we’ll work with you to engage your teams and measure impact. Sessions with psychologists are confidential, but we’ll share regular reports showing usage, trends and areas of focus using anonymous aggregated data. We’ll track clinical improvements in the health and wellbeing of your organisation enabling you to clearly demonstrate effectiveness of the platform.

25 min session with a clinical or counselling psychologist at any time to check-in on your career, mental health and discuss any support you may need.
